Dedicated designer prototype service – fast and low cost.
PCB proto offers Eurocircuits default technology to build functional prototypes suitable for most requirements, fast and at the lowest possible cost. Default technology makes ordering fast and easy, keeps costs down and speeds manufacture by dropping features typically needed only for production runs (specific surface-finishes, soldermask colours etc.). To ensure true prototype performance all boards are 100% DRC checked, profiled to your design, and fully finished with 2 solder-masks and 1 or 2 legends as required. Boards can be supplied in panels, either standard step and repeat, or customised with a set of designs on 1 panel.

STANDARD pool
A very wide range of pooling and non pooling options
A single clear smart menu structure gives you immediate access to Eurocircuits’ wide range of pooling and non-pooling options. The menu will flag non-poolable items, so that you can change them for lower cost pooling options where possible. Pooling prices are based on panel-sharing. Non-pooling prices are based on a production panel specific to the option and the job. Boards can be supplied as single circuits or panels. The standard price matrix shows alternative (lower-cost) quantities and deliveries, or set your own custom matrix. If your requirements are not covered, use Place inquiry to send your data to our engineers for evaluation.

RF pool
All the benefits of pooling for PCBs on RF material.
Eurocircuits’ “RF pool” service offers the cost benefits of order-pooling to designers of RF PCBs. RF pool covers a broad spectrum of technology including 2 types of material, 2- and 4-layer PCBs and a range of build-up options including mixed RF and FR4, all at acceptable prices. IMS pool
Aluminium-backed PCBs for high heat-dissipation (LED) applications.
More and more of our Eurocircuits customers are developing high-intensity LED, power conversion and automotive applications. Increasingly their designs need Insulated Metal Substrate boards for better heat dissipation management. Our response has been to create a new service offering all the benefits of our other order-pooling services for aluminium-backed PCBs.

A new service aimed at engineers who want a fast proof-of-concept board that they can modify on the bench with wire-links or cut tracks

NAKED proto boards are supplied with no soldermask and no silkscreen on deliveries from 1 day and at half the cost of our well-established PCB proto service for fully finished boards. Students and hobbyists can also benefit from the low prices and short deliveries from a reliable European supplier.

SEMI-FLEX pool

SEMI-FLEX pool offers cost-effective 4 layer, flex-to-install PCBs.

Instead of two PCBs joined by connectors or cables, design a single SEMI-FLEX PCB and bend the flexible section at installation. Eurocircuits’ 4-layer SEMI-FLEX PCBs use a 100 micron FR4 core with two specially treated copper layers, designed for bending during assembly but not for dynamic flexing. You get lower product costs (no connectors, no cables, less assembly time, no expensive polyimides), faster assembly and increased product reliability.

BINDI pool
BINDI pool PCBs are produced in our own plant in India, then inspected and shipped from our quality control centre in Hungary. Quality, delivery and price are assured as we use the same order pooling and production technology, the same materials, and the same quality control systems as our plants in Europe. We have been operating in India since 2000 when we set up our front-engineering department there. Our new manufacturing plant, Eurocircuits India, is right next door.
